Job summary

Raytheon UK, in partnership with hackajob, seeks a Real Life Support Specialist to strengthen UK Army training through the OMNIA Training alliance. Based in Warminster, this hybrid role blends on-site and flexible work as you coordinate transportation, movement solutions, and medical and catering support for major Collective Training Events.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in designing Collective Training Exercise Support Solutions for the British Army training.
• Strong background in RLS transportation and movement solutions.
• Experience in programme governance, risk management, and benefits realisation.

Responsibilities

• Identify and coordinate the RLS requirements to deliver, sustain, and recover RLS solutions at the point of need.
• Undertake the planning, development and implementation of tailored exercise transportation and movement support solutions for Collective Training Events.
• Support the design and delivery of RLS to collective training and update as necessary to reflect changes in the Force Preparation Schedule.
• Deputise for RLS Lead when required.
• Collaborate with all stakeholders and contractors to maximize training outcomes.
