MBDA UK Ltd is seeking an experienced Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) Manager to lead ILS strategies for future exports. The role spans concept to in-service, aligning with ASD S-Series standards and MoD engagement. Strong leadership, bid-support experience, and stakeholder liaison are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in an ILS, Supportability or Through-Life Support role.
• Engineering degree or equivalent in a technical discipline.
• Experience with ASD S-Series ILS standards and UK MOD engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of ILS strategies and plans.
• Manage ILS activities across the lifecycle from concept to in-service.
• Develop a robust Through Life Support Policy.
• Ensure compliance with ASD S-Series standards as required.
• Oversee Logistics Support Analysis, maintenance task analysis and spares modelling.
• Act as the primary ILS contact for customers and stakeholders.
• Support bid and proposal activities, including ILS costing and risk assessment.
• Mentor ILS practitioners within the programme or team.
