What will you be doing?

  • Delivering customer transformation projects across the Infrastructure, Government, and Healthcare sectors.
  • Spending 80-90% of your time working with clients and colleagues, leading or working as part of teams depending on the engagement.
  • Contributing to practice development by leading internal initiatives to build industry or technical expertise.
  • Coaching and developing team members and acting as a performance manager in a matrix environment.
  • Applying detailed understanding of technology capabilities across Strategy, Insight, and Deployment in delivery roles.
  • Building client relationships, managing teams, and focusing on personal and team development as an emerging leader.

What will you need to do it?

  • Proven success in delivering complex programmes focused on customer/citizen outcomes.
  • Experience with structured consulting methodologies and client outputs.
  • Experience supporting customer experience technology solutions (CRM, websites, portals, apps, contact centers) as a business analyst, service designer, or change manager.
  • Experience in designing and implementing customer-centric change programmes and leading workstreams or key initiatives.
  • Experience in customer and digital maturity assessments, customer research, and translating outputs into strategy and technical plans.
  • Understanding of digital, data, and technology roles in managing customer experience for case management and front-office interactions.
  • Experience in sectors such as Infrastructure, Transport, Government, or Healthcare.
