What will you be doing?

  • Delivering customer transformation projects across Infrastructure, Government, and Healthcare sectors.
  • Spending 80-90% of your time working with clients and colleagues, leading teams or working as part of larger teams.
  • Contributing to practice development and leading internal initiatives to build expertise.
  • Coaching team members and acting as a performance manager in a matrix environment.
  • Applying knowledge of technology, strategy, and delivery experience to enable customer agendas.
  • Building client relationships, managing teams, and developing your personal and team skills as an emerging leader.

What will you need?

  • Proven success in delivering complex programs focused on customer outcomes.
  • Experience with consulting methodologies and implementing customer experience technology solutions.
  • Experience in designing and implementing customer-centric change programs.
  • Knowledge of customer and digital maturity assessments, research, and strategy development.
  • Understanding of digital, data, and technology's role in customer experience management.
  • Experience in sectors like Infrastructure, Transport, Government, or Healthcare.
