What will you be doing?

  • Delivering customer transformation projects across the Infrastructure, Government, and Healthcare sectors.
  • Spending 80-90% of your time working with clients and colleagues, leading teams or collaborating within larger teams.
  • Contributing to practice development and leading internal initiatives to build expertise.
  • Coaching and developing team members and managing performance in a matrix environment.
  • Applying knowledge of technology, strategy, and insights to deliver customer outcomes.
  • Building client relationships, managing teams, and developing personally and professionally.

What will you need?

  • Proven track record of successful delivery in complex programs focusing on customer/citizen outcomes.
  • Experience with consulting methodologies and implementing customer experience technology solutions.
  • Experience leading customer-centric change programs and workstreams.
  • Knowledge of customer and digital maturity assessments and research techniques.
  • Understanding of digital, data, and technology's role in customer experience management.
  • Experience in sectors like Infrastructure, Transport, Government, or Healthcare.
