Job summary

Xeinadin Group in Manchester is seeking a Group Financial Reporting Manager to lead IFRS consolidation, monthly reporting and statutory disclosures. You will manage the group consolidation process, provide technical accounting support, and collaborate with local finance teams to drive governance and reporting improvements.

Candidates should be professionally qualified with strong IFRS knowledge and a track record in multi-entity groups.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with IFRS reporting experience.
• Experience preparing complex consolidated financial statements for multi-entity groups.
• Experience managing Group audits for acquisitive organisations.
• Minimum of five years post-qualification experience in financial reporting, audit or technical accounting.

Responsibilities

• Prepare the Group consolidation under IFRS, ensuring timely and accurate production of consolidated financial information.
• Coordinate year-end reporting submissions from Group entities and support statutory disclosures.
• Provide technical accounting support on complex transactions (business combinations, impairments, restructurings).
• Lead acquisition/disposal accounting and opening balance sheet reviews under IFRS 3.
• Develop and maintain consolidation processes and robust governance over reporting.
