Premier Jobs UK Ltd in Cardiff is seeking an IFA Client Administrator to support Advisors, manage diaries, prepare meeting packs and handle client communications to keep the financial planning process smooth and compliant.

You will liaise with internal teams and external providers to progress cases, process new business, and produce illustrations and valuations. The role offers development and clear progression with hybrid working after competency is demonstrated.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Administrator within a financial planning or IFA firm.
• Strong understanding of financial planning processes and adviser workflows.
• Confidence dealing directly with clients via phone, email and online portals.
• Experience preparing meeting packs and processing new business.
• Desirable: exposure to financial planning software platforms.

Responsibilities

• Supporting Advisors with diary management and meeting coordination.
• Preparing comprehensive meeting packs ahead of client appointments.
• Proactively contacting clients to obtain outstanding information.
• Liaising with internal teams and external providers to progress cases.
• Processing new business applications and maintaining accurate records.
• Producing key illustrations, projections and valuations.
