You will handle the client journey from new business processing to preparing review documents, liaising with providers and keeping accurate records, with full study

Qualifications

• Experience in financial services administration would be beneficial but not essential.
• Excellent organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Genuine interest in building a long-term career within financial planning.
• Familiarity with retail investment platforms and provider portals.
• Working knowledge of personal pensions, investments, and protection products.

Responsibilities

• Process new business applications across investment platforms and pension providers.
• Track letters of authority to ensure timely case progression.
• Prepare client review packs and valuation documentation ahead of adviser meetings.
• Update client records and valuations on back-office systems.
• Liaise with product providers, platforms and clients to resolve inquiries.
