You will handle the client journey from new business processing to preparing review documents, with a strong focus on accuracy and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Financial services administration experience would be beneficial but is not an essential requirement
• Excellent organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail (Essential)
• Genuine interest in building a long-term career within financial planning (Essential)
• Familiarity with retail investment platforms and provider portals (Desirable)
• Working knowledge of personal pensions, investments, and protection products (Desirable)

Responsibilities

• Process new business through to review documents
• Request, track, and chase letters of authority for case progression
• Prepare client review packs and valuation documentation
• Update client records and valuations on back-office systems
• Liaise with product providers, platforms and clients to resolve enquiries
