Job Description

We're seeking an ambitious individual to join our Client Admin Financial Planning team in London. You will be responsible for providing full administrative support to Financial Planners and building relationships with clients to deliver a positive and sleek client experience.

Responsibilities
  • Work closely with Financial Planners to deliver excellent client outcomes.
  • Build relationships with clients and maintain regular contact.
  • Liaise with operational teams for support activities such as scripts, transfers, corporate actions, static data changes, etc.
  • Prepare meeting packs and valuations as required.
  • Maintain back-office systems and client records in line with company policies.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in Financial Planning / Wealth Management is essential.
  • Experience in a client support or financial planner support role is essential.
  • Strong knowledge of financial products such as ISAs, SIPPs, Pensions, Investments, Bonds, etc.
  • Aspirations to build a career within a financial services firm, with a willingness to learn and develop.
  • Excellent client service ethic.
  • Studying towards an accredited Level 4 qualification is preferred but not essential.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with relationship-building ability.
  • Excellent organizational skills and workload planning ability.
