Qualifications

• Proven administration experience within financial services/wealth management.
• Strong experience communicating with financial product providers and platforms.
• Professional communication skills with confident client liaison.
• Industry qualifications or active study toward financial planning diplomas.
• Proficiency in standard back-office software and MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Process Letters of Authority and submit new business applications.
• Chase pension, investment, and life providers to resolve delays.
• Serve as main liaison for client queries, updates and documentation.
• Maintain back-office CRM systems, client records and compliance files.
• Prepare valuation statements and paperwork ahead of client review meetings.
