Recruit Wealth is looking for an experienced IFA Administrator to support Financial Planners and Paraplanners, helping to deliver a compliant, efficient service for clients and to keep accurate records across pensions, investments and protection.

Qualifications

• Experience within an IFA/Financial Planning environment.
• Strong knowledge of pensions and investment products.
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and client service skills.
• A proactive and collaborative approach.

Responsibilities

• Obtain provider information (LOAs) and client illustrations.
• Process new business across pensions, investments and protection.
• Submit applications to providers and platforms.
• Run risk profiler results via FE Analytics.
• Assist with research and fund switch reports.
• Prepare client valuation reports and review documentation.
• Process withdrawals and client instructions.
• Maintain accurate client records on the back-office system.
• Liaise with clients and providers to resolve queries.
