Recruit Wealth are seeking an experienced IFA Administrator to join one of their regional offices, supporting a team of Financial Planners and Paraplanners across pensions, investments and protection.

You will play a vital role in delivering a smooth, efficient and compliant financial planning service, handling client correspondence, processing new business and maintaining accurate records on IO and internal systems. A strong eye for detail and excellent client service are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in IFA/Financial Planning administration
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and client service
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy team
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and financial planning systems

Responsibilities

• Managing client correspondence and maintaining strong client relationships
• Processing new business applications across pensions, investments and protection
• Preparing client review packs and meeting documentation
• Arranging client meetings and managing financial planner diaries
• Requesting provider illustrations and product information
• Maintaining accurate client records on internal systems
• Handling client enquiries and provider communications
• Providing back-office support using Intelligent Office (IO)
• Ensuring administration complies with procedures and regulatory standards
