Forrest Recruitment Ltd. is seeking a Client Relations Administrator for a well-established financial planning organisation in Alderley Edge. You will be part of a team of 10, handling transfers, pensions and investments with accuracy and timeliness.

The role offers hybrid working after probation, flexible hours, and a range of benefits. Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year experience in an IFA practice/provider.
• Understanding of pension and investment products.
• Excellent telephone manner and attention to detail.
• Strong organisational skills with ability to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Process transfers, top ups, withdrawals, income, contributions, fund switches, BED and ISA and protection.
• Use 3rd party platforms and understand their processing times.
• Manage your own workload using a personal diary system.
• Investigate and handle client or consultant queries.
• Manage post relating to new business cases.
• Deal with client and provider queries by phone and email.
• Follow compliance procedures of 3rd party providers.
• Keep client records updated on back office systems.
• Occasionally cover reception, greet visitors and answer calls.
