Job summary

Titan Wealth Group seeks an experienced IFA administrator to support Financial Advisers and Consultants. You will help prepare client reviews, update IO data, and ensure plan information is accurate, in line with FCA rules and internal procedures.

You will work in a hybrid role with three days in the office and two days from home, offering progression and development opportunities within a growing wealth management business.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months IFA administration experience
• Regulatory or financial industry experience desirable
• Good written and oral communication skills
• Methodical and organised
• Computer literate
• Accurate with good attention to detail
• Problem solving
• Knowledge of the advice process
• Collaborative, takes initiative, curious
• Desire to learn and develop and step out of comfort zone

Responsibilities

• Prepare for client reviews by updating client and plan information in IO
• Update contributions and withdrawals using provider histories and link transfers
• Validate funds and price feeds in IO to ensure accurate plan value
• Record income expectations and update as required
• Create client valuation reports and upload to IO
• Produce client letters and OneNote packs for advisers
• Liaise with providers, chase missing information via phone/email
• Ensure compliance with policies and complete ad hoc tasks
