You will engage with sales, product, and support teams, demonstrating strong product knowledge and industry practices. The role demands excellent communication, problem-solving, and independent work capabilities.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Excellent oral and written communication; able to explain technical concepts to varied audiences.
• Proven ability to deliver client presentations and perform analysis.
• Strong time management and ability to work independently.
• Advanced consultative skills with active listening to understand client needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical integration and consulting services to external clients and teams.
• Share product knowledge and best practices to advance implementation completion.
• Analyze customer pain points to determine root causes and propose solutions.
• Collaborate with other resources to address issues.
• Own correspondence with customers until issues are resolved.
• Provide installation, implementation, and configuration support with up-to-date project plans.
• Present technical concepts through demonstrations for diverse audiences.
• Provide 3rd level support utilizing technical expertise.
