Job summary

LexisNexis Risk Solutions in Newport seeks a Technical Solutions Consultant to implement identity products across delivery channels and provide third-level escalation support to sustain client revenue.

You will translate business challenges into practical, data-driven solutions, collaborating with sales, product, and support teams. Strong tech proficiency and communication are essential for success.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
• Advanced oral and written communication skills; must communicate technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Ability to deliver client presentations and performance analysis.
• Strong time management and independent working abilities.
• Advanced consultative skills for collaboration and needs analysis.
• Experience with C#, Windows Server, SQL Server, HTML, XML, Web Services.
• Experience with Web Service toolkits (SoapUI, .NET, JavaBeans).

Responsibilities

• Provide technical integration and consulting services to external clients, sales teams, and support colleagues.
• Share product knowledge and best practices to advance implementation.
• Analyze customer pain points using data quality concepts to identify root causes.
• Collaborate with resources to resolve issues; maintain customer correspondence until resolution.
• Provide installation, implementation and configuration support; keep project plans updated.
• Communicate technical terms clearly through presentations and demonstrations.
• Offer 3rd level support using technical expertise.
• Perform duties as assigned.
