Zohorecruit in Coventry, UK, seeks a Senior IDAM Architect to lead the Identity Pillar design for Lot 1, covering IGA, Active Directory/Entra ID, and RBAC/ABAC across on‑prem and cloud.

You will own the architecture, drive discovery and design, and mentor IAM engineers, ensuring zero trust principles and secure identity governance.

The role requires senior leadership and proven delivery of large IAM transformations in hybrid environments.

Competenze

• 12+ years in Identity & Access Management architecture.
• Strong experience with AD/Entra ID and hybrid environments.
• Proven ability to lead architecture governance and cross‑functional teams.
• Deep knowledge of RBAC/ABAC, CA, PKI, and CIEM.

Mansioni

• Lead identity architecture for IGA, AD/EntraID, CA, and PKI.
• Drive Initiate, Discovery, Design, and Implementation across Pillar scope.
• Ensure Zero Trust alignment and governance with security and operations.
• Oversee integration patterns with ServiceNow, SIEM, and PAM.
• Guide engineering teams through technical sequencing and issue resolution.
