Job summary

G-TECH TALENT LIMITED is seeking an Infrastructure & Cloud Engineer to support identity, security, endpoint, messaging, Microsoft 365 and cloud platforms. The role is platform-ownership and 3rd-line, serving as the escalation point for the Service Desk and owning complex issue resolution.

You will own Conditional Access, cloud security investigations and breach response, CIS hardening, Azure, AVD, SharePoint Online and Intune.

Qualifications

Experience administering Microsoft 365 suite, AD/Entra ID and Conditional Access.
Proven ability to lead security incident response and breach investigations.
CIS hardening knowledge or equivalent security baseline experience.
Strong Azure administration including Azure AD and AVD.
PowerShell scripting and automation capabilities.

Responsibilities

Own and maintain Conditional Access policy estate across AD/Entra ID.
Lead cloud security investigations using sign-in, risk and audit logs.
Own the Defender/XDR estate and related policies.
Administer Azure, AVD, SharePoint Online and Intune configurations.
Provide escalation support for complex Service Desk issues requiring platform-level access.
