Job summary

Incite-Insight.co.uk is seeking a Cloud, Infrastructure & Digital Workplace Specialist for a hybrid role based in London. You will manage Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Azure, Intune and Defender to deliver secure and reliable technology for colleagues.

Reporting to the Cloud, Infrastructure & Digital Workplace Lead, you will resolve technical issues, monitor security controls, and drive automation to improve services and operations.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting Microsoft cloud and infrastructure environments.
• Strong Microsoft 365 and Entra ID administration skills.
• Experience with endpoint management platforms such as Microsoft Intune.
• Experience with Microsoft Defender and endpoint security tools.
• Knowledge of Azure administration and cloud operations.
• Familiarity with ITIL incident, problem and change management processes.
• Strong troubleshooting and clear communication to colleagues and suppliers.
• Customer-focused approach with understanding of security/compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Administer cloud hosting environments and supporting infrastructure.
• Monitor platform health, capacity and performance.
• Investigate and resolve infrastructure incidents and problems.
• Support cloud and infrastructure improvements.
• Administer Microsoft 365 tenant services and collaboration tools.
• Manage user accounts, groups, licences and identity lifecycle activities.
• Support conditional access, Mfa and identity security controls.
• Deploy, configure and support end‑user devices.
• Administer endpoint management platforms and maintain device compliance.
• Assist with security incidents, audits and compliance activities.
• Maintain technical documentation and operational procedures.
• Work with suppliers to resolve issues and identify automation opportunities.
