BT Group is seeking an Identity & Access Management Product Lead to own the vision, strategy, governance and roadmaps for IAM capabilities across BT Business. This principal-level role combines deep IAM expertise with strategic product ownership to shape long-term priorities and partner with Digital teams for secure, scalable identity experiences.

Working within the Customer Experience team, you'll balance customer experience, commercial outcomes, security requirements and technical feasibility while ensuring identity remains a key enabler of growth, self-service and digital transformation.
