BT Group is seeking a Senior Insight Leader in the UK to guide a team of 4 Insight Specialists, turning data into strategic recommendations for Sales & Commercial. You’ll collaborate across Strategy, Sales, CVM and Finance to steer customer insights, value analysis and market intelligence.

Working closely with Strategy, Sales, Trading, CVM and Digital teams, you’ll bring together advanced analytics, customer insight, market intelligence and data storytelling to answer key business questions and uncover new opportunities.

Commercial & Strategic Thinking – Understand business strategy and market dynamics, with the ability to turn complex challenges into clear, actionable recommendations.
Data & Technical Expertise – Strong data literacy with advanced Excel, SQL and visualisation skills. Experience with Qlik, Power BI, Tableau, GCP, BigQuery or AI/ML is a plus.
Insight & Influence – Excellent storytelling and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and communicate complex insights simply.
