Job summary

ITV is seeking a Business Analyst for Identity & Access Management to drive the definition and delivery of identity solutions across ITV’s units. You will liaise with Identity Service Manager, Delivery Manager and technical teams to align roadmaps and demand management, employing Agile methods to document requirements and use cases.

The role emphasizes data reporting and adoption through business change activities.

Qualifications

Experience in agile project teams and serving as a conduit between technical and business stakeholders.
Identity-related role experience preferred.
Strong documentation, process mapping and data modelling skills.
Experience with Trello, Jira, Google Workspace and Slack.
Familiarity with BigQuery, Splunk and Data Studio for reporting.

Responsibilities

Organise requirements gathering sessions with technical teams and business stakeholders.
Define functional and non-functional requirements and perform gap analyses.
Document identity roadmap, demand management, and use cases in Agile Kanban.
Maintain documentation for Identity Products and Services operations.
Assist with acceptance testing, training, and go-live readiness activities.
Produce ad-hoc reports from BigQuery and dashboards in Data Studio.
