Intec Select is seeking a confident Business Analyst to join its IT team in the United Kingdom. You will bridge business and technology, translating complex requirements into clear, actionable solutions that deliver measurable value.

Key duties include elicitation, writing user stories with acceptance criteria, creating process maps, and managing the product backlog within Agile environments. Experience with JIRA/Confluence and a background in regulated industries are advantageous.

Responsibilities

Partner with stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document requirements for systems, software enhancements, and process improvements.
Translate business needs into high-quality user stories with clear acceptance criteria for Agile delivery teams.
Create and maintain as-is and to-be process maps to support operational change and continuous improvement.
Support backlog creation, refinement, and prioritisation to drive highest-value work.
Facilitate workshops and coordinate with IT to ensure alignment across delivery lifecycle.
