Job summary

G MASS is seeking an IT Business Change Manager to join during a critical delivery phase of a major identity access programme. You will work across Identity Governance and Administration and Privileged Access Management workstreams, turning fast-moving project activity into actionable requirements and business-ready outputs for BAU teams.

You will lead early business engagement on upcoming changes and help assess the impact of specific capabilities, shaping scope into epics and user stories for

Qualifications

• 8+ years' senior BA experience in large-scale change or transformation delivery.
• Strong communicator able to engage executives to technical teams.
• Background in business change with identity and access management exposure.
• Ability to turn complex inputs into clear, decision-ready outputs.
• Proactive and hands-on with disciplined sizing and sequencing.

Responsibilities

• Gather and structure information to support vendor-led implementation.
• Shape scope into epics, user stories and acceptance criteria for backlog refinement.
• Identify gaps in requirements and translate into actions.
• Collaborate with Project Manager to size and manage work packages.
• Develop to-be processes and handover packs for BAU teams.
• Track identity governance release and feed lessons back into the programme.
• Produce to-be process and handover docs for privileged access workstream.
