Job summary

The role focuses on gathering requirements, defining functional and non-functional specs, and driving identity-related solutions across multiple streams.

Responsibilities

• Organise and facilitate requirements-gathering sessions with technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Define functional and non-functional requirements and produce fit-and-gap analyses.
• Identify problems through interviews, data analysis, process analysis, and user-needs analysis.
• Define solution options and recommendations using a structured and analytical approach.
• Review the Identity Roadmap and internal demand management with service, delivery, and technical leads.
• Document and deliver user requirements and use cases through Agile methodologies, including Kanban.
• Maintain documentation for the implementation and operational management of Identity products and services.
• Define, facilitate, and drive periodic access reviews, certification, and attestation processes.
• Perform or assist with acceptance testing, training, operational readiness, and application-service support.
• Support implementation planning, training, communication, go-live transition, and business adoption with Business Change Managers.
• Follow up with partners to ensure new or modified system functionality is accurately documented and requirements are met.
• Communicate through documents, diagrams, prototypes, story mapping, user stories, and use cases.
• Produce ad-hoc reports from data held in BigQuery and Splunk.
• Produce Data Studio dashboards to monitor identity metadata.

• Experience working within an Agile project team;
• Experience working closely with technical experts and business stakeholders and acting as a conduit between them;
• Experience in an identity-related role;
• Strong documentation skills, including business requirements, process mapping, and data models;
• Experience working with an Agile product team using Sprint or Kanban methodologies;
• Experience with Trello, Jira, Google Workspace, and Slack;
• Ability to present complex information simply and in appropriate formats to support decision-making;
• Focus on end-user experience and using colleague feedback and measurement to inform solution development;
• Knowledge of analyst frameworks, business processes, and business requirements methodologies;
• Strong spreadsheet skills;
• Familiarity with big data models such as BigQuery or Splunk;
• Familiarity with data visualisation tools such as Data Studio or Looker Studio;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
• Ability to build strong working relationships with team members and senior stakeholders;
• Proactive and self-motivated approach;
• Creative thinking in solution definition;
• Ability to work across multiple workstreams and adapt to changing business priorities;
• Nice to have: Entra and Okta products, media industry experience.
