You will administer Microsoft 365, Entra ID and Active Directory, manage user accounts and handle ticketing with strong customer service. This contract offers a concise, focused period in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in 1st - 2nd Line IT Support roles.
• Strong authentication, permissions and access management skills.
• Microsoft 365 administration and troubleshooting expertise.
• Knowledge of Entra ID, Active Directory and user management.
• Excellent customer service, documentation and ticket management skills.
• ITSM Tools (ServiceNow) Beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1st–2nd line IT support on authentication and access management.
• Administer Microsoft 365 and troubleshoot issues.
• Manage user accounts in Entra ID and Active Directory.
• Document tickets and maintain clear records.
• Collaborate with the client on access control tasks.
