Job summary
The AA is seeking an Identity & Access Manager/Lead to transform and lead its IAM capability across a complex technology landscape. You will partner with senior technology and business leaders to shape governance, standards and technical direction, ensuring secure, scalable identity services that support enterprise transformation.
Suitable candidates will have extensive IAM experience, proven leadership in governance and a strong background in modern identity technologies such as Microsoft Entra
Qualifications
- Strong experience in cyber security with IAM in a complex enterprise.
- Proven track record leading or driving IAM transformation and governance models.
- Ability to translate technical work into strategic direction and roadmaps.
Responsibilities
- Lead ongoing transformation and maturity of IAM capability, defining strategy, governance and direction.
- Shape and deliver the IAM roadmap aligned to business priorities and risk.
- Influence senior stakeholders and delivery teams to drive secure outcomes.
- Develop modern identity capabilities across privileged access, identity governance, Zero Trust and cloud authentication.
- Establish governance, assurance and reporting across the IAM estate.
- Grow and mentor the IAM team and foster innovation.
