Job summary

Experis is seeking an Identity & Access Management (IAM) Analyst to join a growing technology team supporting a large enterprise environment in the Liverpool area.

Working in a Microsoft landscape, the role is ideal for someone with 12-24 months of IDAM, Service Desk, Infrastructure or IT Operations experience looking to develop their career within Identity & Access Management and Microsoft security technologies.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months IT support, infrastructure, security or IAM experience.
• Exposure to Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and Active Directory.
• Understanding of onboarding/offboarding processes.
• Knowledge of access management and RBAC principles.

Responsibilities

• Support Joiner, Mover and Leaver (JML) processes.
• Assist with user provisioning and access management.
• Maintain Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID accounts.
• Support RBAC and access governance activities.
• Assist with access reviews and PIM administration.
• Support MFA and Conditional Access controls.
• Maintain IAM documentation and procedures.
• Support audit and compliance requests.
