Job summary

Experis is seeking an IDAM Analyst/Engineer in Liverpool to join a growing technology team. Hybrid working, 12-month fixed-term contract with potential to go permanent, supporting a large Microsoft environment.

Ideal candidates have 12–24 months in IDAM, Service Desk, Infra or IT Ops, with exposure to Entra ID (Azure AD), AD, RBAC and MFA controls, plus ITSM tooling experience. Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 12+ months IT support, infra, security or IAM experience.
• Exposure to Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and Active Directory.
• Understanding of onboarding/offboarding processes.
• Knowledge of access management and RBAC principles.
• Experience with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow.
• Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills.
• Basic PowerShell scripting.
• Exposure to Entra ID Governance.
• Understanding of MFA and Conditional Access.
• ITIL Foundation or Microsoft security certifications.

Responsibilities

• Support Joiner, Mover and Leaver (JML) processes.
• Assist with user provisioning and access management.
• Maintain Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID accounts.
• Support RBAC and access governance activities.
• Assist with access reviews and PIM administration.
• Support MFA and Conditional Access controls.
• Maintain IAM documentation and procedures.
• Support audit and compliance requests.
