Job summary

Experis is seeking an Identity & Access Management (IAM) Analyst to join our technology team in Liverpool on a hybrid basis. The role supports a large enterprise environment, focusing on Joiner, Mover and Leaver processes and access provisioning within a Microsoft-focused stack.

Ideal candidates have 12–24 months in IDAM, IT security or IT operations, familiarity with Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID, RBAC concepts, and ServiceNow.

Qualifications

• 12+ months IT support, infrastructure, security or IAM experience.
• Exposure to Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and Active Directory.
• Understanding of onboarding/offboarding processes.
• Knowledge of access management and RBAC principles.
• Experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools.
• Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 + Excellent Benefits

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Identity & Access Management (IAM) Analyst to join a growing technology team supporting a large, complex enterprise environment.

Working in a large Microsoft landscape, this role is ideal for someone with 12 - 24 months of IDAM, Service Desk, Infrastructure or IT Operations experience looking to develop their career within Identity & Access Management and Microsoft security technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support Joiner, Mover and Leaver (JML) processes
• Assist with user provisioning and access management
• Maintain Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID accounts
• Support RBAC and access governance activities
• Assist with access reviews and PIM administration
• Support MFA and Conditional Access controls
