• UK recognised Intensive Care Course (level 6 or 7) required for consideration.
• UK Health related recognised Degree, relevant to post.
• Evidence of specialist knowledge in the clinical area or education development.

Responsibilities

• Act as an exemplary role model for best clinical practice and Trust values.
• Facilitate independent learning with learners at the bedside.
• Balance clinical education with education administration per job plan.
• Promote inter-professional learning and collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams.
• Deliver education programmes at divisional level and cross-divisionally as needed.
• Participate in audit, service improvement and research related to clinical educator role.
