Job summary

You will identify learning needs, co-develop training with senior teams, coordinate delivery and evaluation, and contribute to clinical governance and quality assurance.

Qualifications

• Must have a UK recognised Intensive Care Course at level 6 or 7.
• Experienced practitioner providing clinically based practice development and education to non-medical workforce.
• Role model best, evidence-based professional practice.

• Work with learners to facilitate their independent learning.
• Balance clinical education and education administration per job plan.
