Job summary

Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an experienced Clinical Educator to provide practice development and education to the non-medical workforce. You will role model evidence-based practice, support bedside learners and ensure training resources are up-to-date, working with multi-disciplinary teams across divisions.

The role includes coordinating education interventions, contributing to governance and quality assurance, and participating in audits and service improvement

Qualifications

• UK recognised Intensive Care Course (Level 6/7) is required.
• Experience delivering clinical education to non-medical workforce.
• Ability to coordinate and evaluate education programmes.

Responsibilities

• Act as exemplar of best clinical practice and Trust values.
• Provide clinically based practice development and education to the non-medical workforce.
• Coordinate delivery and evaluation of training across divisions.
• Support learners at the bedside and ensure training is grounded in good practice.
• Participate in audit, service improvement and research projects relevant to the clinical educator role.
