Job summary

Eden Boys’ School, Preston, part of Star Academies, invites applications for an ICT Support Technician to join our school’s business support team. You will help deliver an outstanding learning environment by providing reliable IT support to pupils and staff.

You will troubleshoot software and hardware issues, manage the ICT network and assist with procuring and installing educational and office software and hardware. We value teamwork and a strong customer service mindset.

Qualifications

• 5 GCSEs including English and Maths at grade 9-4/A*- C.
• Experience delivering outstanding customer service.
• Ability to develop relationships across our school and Star community.

The successful candidate will be a committed team player with excellent organisational and specialist technical skills. You will have extensive experience of delivering outstanding customer service and possess the ability to develop relationships across our school and the Star community.

You will have:

• 5 GCSEs including English and Maths at grade 9-4/A*- C.
