Star Academies is seeking a dedicated pastoral support candidate for Eden Boys’ Leadership Academy, Bradford. The role focuses on student welfare, supportive learning environments and strong relationships with pupils and staff.

You will engage with students, assist with behaviour and wellbeing, and work as part of a committed team to ensure high standards of care and education across the school.

About Eden Boys’ Leadership Academy, Bradford

Eden Boys’ Leadership Academy, Bradford is a new secondary school for boys that opened in September 2019 and we were graded as ‘Outstanding’ in all areas by Ofsted during our first inspection in February 2024. The school has a Muslim faith designation, welcoming applications from pupils of all faiths and none. During its opening year, the school admitted an intake of 120 pupils into Year 7. The school will continue to admit a new intake of Year 7 pupils at the beginning of each academic year. Like all Star schools, it has a leadership specialism. We have an exemplary reputation for excellence in every aspect of school life. We provide a knowledge-based academic curriculum alongside a rich and diverse leadership programme that grows character and inspires charitable and social action. Our pursuit of educational excellence is based upon our fundamental belief that every pupil has the capacity to become a successful and inspirational leader.

The successful candidate will be a committed team player with excellent organisational and technical skills. You will have the ability to problem solve and provide excellent customer service to our community.

You will have:
