Job summary

Knowes Housing Association Ltd is seeking an ICT Manager to lead the development and maintenance of ICT and Telecommunication systems, applications and equipment. You will shape the long term ICT Strategy and annual delivery plan while overseeing external support partners.

The role requires strong IT leadership, reporting and MI skills, plus excellent communication and people management abilities. Hybrid working options are available with a flexi-time scheme or nine-day fortnight.

Qualifications

• Experience of supporting ICT infrastructure and administering software in a customer services environment.
• Experience advising Board and staff on ICT policy and procedures.
• Proven ability to manage external ICT partners and service providers.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain ICT and Telecommunication Systems, applications and equipment.
• Deliver the Association’s long term ICT Strategy and annual ICT delivery plan.
• Advise the Board and staff on ICT matters, reporting and MIS.
• Manage external ICT support partners and the ICT managed service provider.
