Job summary

Nottinghamshire Fire and Rescue Service is seeking an ICT Service Delivery Manager (FTC) to lead the delivery of reliable, user-focused ICT services across the organisation from its Nottinghamshire site. You will drive service performance, stakeholder relationships and continuous improvement to strengthen operational resilience.

The role requires ITIL Foundation, a degree (or equivalent), and experience managing £1m+ budgets, with strong leadership and communications to influence at all levels

Qualifications

• Hold a degree (or equivalent experience) and an ITIL Foundation Certificate.
• Experience managing budgets £1m+ and ICT service delivery.
• Confident in leading and motivating teams and influencing at all levels.
• Experience compiling service improvement plans and management reports.
• Awareness of risk management, service continuity, major incident and service recovery.
• Familiarity with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
• Hold a driving licence and willingness to travel as required.
• Familiarity with SLAs, KPIs, and service improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the delivery of high-quality ICT services that align with strategies and requirements.
• Lead and manage the ICT Service portfolio.
• Collaborate with the ICT management team in developing the IT service.
• Develop skills and knowledge, including Firelink and ESN, in the role.
• Provide operational and tactical advice on Airwave and mobile communications.
