Job summary

Shettleston Housing Association is seeking an experienced ICT & Business Transformation Manager to lead a customer-focused ICT service and deliver digital solutions that boost productivity and resilience. You will work with the Director of Finance and Customer Services to develop and review the ICT Strategy and drive the organisation’s digital transformation.

Qualifications

• Proven track record leading ICT teams and digital transformation initiatives.
• Experience delivering ICT strategy and managing vendor contracts.
• Knowledge of SaaS-based working, automation and AI-enabled workflows.
