Job summary

Shettleston Housing Association is seeking an experienced ICT & Business Transformation Manager to lead a customer-focused ICT service and deliver digital solutions that improve productivity and resilience across the Group.

The role will work with the Director of Finance and Customer Services to shape the ICT Strategy, oversee delivery of the transformation programme, maintain ICT systems, and drive SaaS-based working with automation and AI capabilities to enhance workflows for staff.

Qualifications

• Experience leading an ICT team and delivering digital transformation.

Responsibilities

• Lead the ICT team to deliver a customer-focused service.
• Set the direction for ICT and business transformation—embedding best practice and maximizing value.
• Manage ICT contracts, suppliers and procurement through confident negotiation and strategic partnerships.
• Strengthen policies, procedures and controls to manage risk and safeguard the networked environment.
• Grow digital capability across the organisation, moving toward SaaS-based working with automation and AI capabilities.
• Lead and develop the ICT team by coaching and supporting staff development.
