Job Title: IT Support Technician

The Chancellors Group of Estate Agents, a market leader in the estate agency industry, is seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our experienced support team. This role involves enhancing and supporting IT systems for our estate agency, lettings, and property management business from our Head Office in Bracknell.

Responsibilities

1. Provide telephone and remote desktop support to our network of over 50 branches across England and Wales.
2. Support our bespoke business software, Microsoft Windows, Office, User administration, and Branch IP telephone systems.
3. Assist with the implementation of software updates, PC & VOIP rollout projects, and related hardware and network testing.
