You will work with the world’s largest computing infrastructure, involving some periods of independence from your team. You will learn the daily operations of a large data center, working hands-on with servers and network equipment.
You will interact with teams such as logistics, networking, security, and others to complete tasks. Each day presents different challenges, working across multiple teams like DC operations, DC Engineering, Logistics, Security, and Projects.
Data Center Operations designs, installs, and maintains the world’s largest computing infrastructure, including systems repair, issue resolution, parts handling, and data center maintenance. Amazon Data Centers are large-scale, high-density centers where you will contribute to technological advancements in the region.
We are seeking candidates for a 12-month contract, offering coaching and periodic assessments to develop your skills. Successful completion may lead to a full-time position with Amazon. More info is available at http://infrastructure.aws.
