Job summary

Freedom Leisure in Guildford is seeking an Ice Rink Shift Leader to support daily operations and ensure a safe, welcoming environment for visitors. You will work with the Ice Duty Manager and team to deliver high standards of service and uphold quality and safety.

This role offers 33.25 hours per week on a rota basis, with opportunities to develop within a growing charitable leisure trust that values staff wellbeing, training, and career progression.

Qualifications

• Experience in supervising ice rink operations.
• Commitment to high levels of customer service.
• Ability to work rota-based, weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Support the supervisory team in day-to-day Ice Rink operations.
• Provide the highest standards of customer service and safety at all times.
• Operate the Ice Rink facilities in a professional and business orientated manner.
• Work in cooperation with the Ice Duty Managers, Assistant Ice Manager and ICE Team.
• Monitor, train and supervise Ice Rink colleagues to maintain service standards.
• Team oriented approach, able to work across organisation boundaries and support colleagues.
