Job summary

Carers of West Lothian is seeking a confident and organised Project Coordinator to support the iCare programme, funded by The National Lottery Community Fund. The post will help coordinate activities across carers, NHS partners and the wider project team in West Lothian.

You will maintain work plans, logs and records, help plan focus groups and training, and contribute to user testing of a digital carer identification platform.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting a project or service and coordinating activities.
• Strong organisational and administrative skills.
• Clear written and verbal communication.
• Ability to engage people in a respectful and inclusive way.
• Confidence with digital tools and data recording.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day delivery with clear work plans and records.
• Build relationships with carers, CoWL colleagues, NHS and partners.
• Coordinate Carers Assembly and involve carers in shaping priorities.
• Plan focus groups, workshops, briefings and training sessions.
• Support co-design and user testing of a digital carer identification platform.
• Gather feedback and contribute to evaluation and reporting.
