Job summary

Haleon is seeking a Business Process Expert for IBP E2E Planning to shape end-to-end planning, align SAP S/4 and SAP IBP, and drive value through rigorous governance and KPI‑driven performance.

You will partner with the BPO and functional teams, document to‑be processes, lead cross‑functional workshops, and ensure readiness for delivery across global markets. This role sits within Haleon’s Enterprise Transformation Programme and offers exposure to a dynamic transformation.

Qualifications

• Experience in complex, global organisations, ideally in Consumer Health or FMCG.
• Strong analytical skills to understand workflow patterns and identify improvements.
• Familiarity with automation technologies and data analysis tools.
• Ability to plan, manage and execute process improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Partner with BPO and functional units to ensure design meets requirements.
• Facilitate workshops to gather input and socialise recommendations.
• Document “to be” processes and evaluate “as‑is” processes for bottlenecks.
• Drive governance and alignment across programmes and timelines.
• Define end‑to‑end process steps and controls dependent on S/4 IBP integration.
