Job summary

Haleon is seeking a Business Process Expert (IBP E2E Planner) to drive end-to-end planning improvements across SAP S/4 and SAP IBP within our Enterprise Transformation Programme. You will shape, govern, and continuously improve process design and readiness for deployment across global supply chains.

The role requires strong analytical capabilities, PM skills, and experience with ERP/APS integration to ensure benefits are realised and sustained.

Qualifications

• Experience in complex global organisations, ideally in Consumer Health or FMCG.
• Strong analytical skills to map and improve end-to-end processes.
• Knowledge of process modelling software and data analysis tools.
• Proven PM skills to plan and execute process improvements.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA and SAP IBP integration and governance.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the BPO and functions to ensure design meets objectives.
• Facilitate workshops to gather input and socialise recommendations.
• Document 'to be' processes and evaluate 'as is' processes to identify bottlenecks.
• Lead identification and resolution of integration gaps between SAP S/4 and SAP IBP.
• Define readiness criteria for S/4 and IBP master data and interfaces.
