Job summary

The AA is seeking an Identity & Access Manager to lead and mature its IAM capability in London. You will drive governance, technical direction and measurable security outcomes across a complex technology landscape, shaping the IAM roadmap and aligning identity services with business priorities.

You'll work with senior leaders, architects and the IAM operations team to stay secure, scalable and in step with a modern organisation.

Qualifications

Extensive experience leading or driving IAM transformation in complex enterprises.
Track record shaping IAM strategy, governance and architecture.
Hands-on with modern and legacy identity technologies and migrations.
Strong stakeholder management with senior leadership stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Lead transformation and maturity of the IAM capability with strategy and direction.
Shape the IAM roadmap aligning with business priorities and security risks.
Act as senior authority for identity security influencing stakeholders and teams.
Develop modern identity capabilities across governance, Zero Trust and cloud identity.
Establish governance, assurance and reporting to show control effectiveness.
Lead and coach the IAM team promoting accountability and innovation.
