Job summary

Principle is recruiting an IAM Solutions Architect for a 12-month PAYE contract in London. The role is hybrid, three days a week in central London, leading a high-profile global IAM programme.

You will own end-to-end delivery, engage senior stakeholders and turn business goals into a practical technical plan. Must have 7+ years client-facing IAM experience and deep knowledge of Entra ID, Okta, Ping, ForgeRock or SailPoint.

Qualifications

• 7+ years client-facing experience as an IAM architect or equivalent.
• Led large global IAM programmes end to end.
• Deep knowledge of Entra ID, Okta, Ping, ForgeRock or SailPoint.

Responsibilities

• Lead a major, global IAM programme from design to delivery.
• Turn business goals into a technical IAM plan and roadmaps.
• Engage with senior stakeholders, engineers and executives.

IAM Solutions Architect | 12-Month PAYE Contract | £115k | London (Hybrid)

One of the world's biggest tech companies is standing up a major, multi-year identity programme and needs a hands-on Solutions Architect to lead it. Global scale, senior stakeholders, decisions that actually stick. Not a firefight - a proper long-term build.

The offer:

• Annual Salary up to £115,000 doe
• 12-month PAYE contract, paid weekly through us Principle HR - inside IR35
• Strong chance of extension (this programme isn't going anywhere)
• 3 days a week in central London - Hybrid work model

You’ll fit if you’ve got:

• 7+ years client-facing - Solutions Architect, Solutions/Sales Engineering, Pre-Sales or Technical Consultant
• Led large-scale, global IAM programmes end to end
• Real depth in Entra ID, Okta, Ping, ForgeRock or SailPoint
• The consultant's knack for turning business goals into a technical plan - and holding a room, engineers or execs

Bonus if you've touched AdTech, worked with APIs (Swagger, Postman), or speak another European language. Nice to have, not dealbreaker s.
