Job summary

Allica Bank is seeking an IAM professional to strengthen identity and access governance across Entra ID, Azure, and cloud platforms. You will balance BAU operations with automation to reduce manual effort and improve control evidence, while working with Security, Technology, and product teams.

The role focuses on day-to-day IAM operations, access reviews, and onboarding of applications with a strong emphasis on secure, auditable processes in a regulated banking environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in IAM, Security Operations, Cloud Security or technical operations in regulated environments.
• Hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID, Azure AD, Entar/Entra Identity Governance and PIM.
• Familiarity with SSO, SAML/OIDC, RBAC and access management controls.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain IAM services across Microsoft Entra ID and integrated apps.
• Manage identity governance, RBAC, least-privilege, and privileged access controls.
• Onboard and integrate applications with SSO, SCIM provisioning, and secure authentication.
