Job summary

Allica Bank is seeking an experienced Identity and Access Management engineer to strengthen IAM controls across Microsoft Entra ID, Azure and Google Cloud platforms. You will run day-to-day IAM operations, onboarding, access reviews and privileged access management while delivering automation to reduce manual work.

You will work with Technology, Security and stakeholders to improve processes, ensure regulatory controls, and mature identity services across the bank.

Qualifications

• Experience in Identity and Access Management, Security Operations, Cloud Security or technical operations in regulated environments.
• Hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID, Azure identity controls, SSO, Conditional Access and PIM.
• Understanding IAM principles: least privilege, RBAC, joined/leaver processes and duties segregation.
• Experience supporting access reviews, audits and control evidence with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain IAM services across Entra ID and integrated apps.
• Manage RBAC, least privilege, CA and PIM for secure access governance.
• Run access reviews and certifications, collect evidence and report.
• Onboard applications into IAM/IGA platform with SSO and SCIM provisioning.
• Support application onboarding from an IAM perspective and assess authentication needs.
• Maintain IAM documentation, runbooks and control evidence.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve processes and automation.
• Provide reporting to Security leadership on risks, status and remediation.
